When completed, retail, transportation and new office buildings will all be conveniently located with this Harborside North development area. KHOV Paulus Hook - Completed, this development is located in the much desired Paulus Hook area along the marina Droyers Point - The newest development along the bay side (adjacent to Society Hill on 440), townhouses feature all the bells and whistles with greenspace as well. Westside Station - Although townhomes have recently sold out, in the plans are 2 buildings featuring loft style condos. The developer, Centex, purchased the neighboring site to add more townhomes (different style than 1st phase) and a more loft condos as welll. Shore Club has sold out its first tower which is set to close in January 07 and sales are good for Tower 2 as well. In all of the original Newport community, Lefrak only offered one residential building as condos. Units sold fast and furiously in their first phase of release. Since then, a limited amount of pre-construction units are still available. Liberty Terrace - Located in a prime location of Paulus Hook, these condosfeature views from Midtown to the Statue of Liberty. Montgomery Green - Location, Location, Location. These NY style condos will feature luxury living only 2 blocks from the Exchange Place PATH station.
